proposed Budget
Friday 7/10 30 minutes
-Went over what was accomplished over last week. Scott worked on the report and had completely finished the lockbox. Michael had estaslished communication between the remote server and Raspberry Pi. As a group we were able to lock and unlock the door from the remote server.
-Dr. Ejaz provided feedback on what was done so far on the report. The inventory count discrepancies needed to be talked about in the Abstract. There were some inconsistencies in the line spacing in the report. There were also some inconsistencies in the indentation on some of the section titles. Flow diagrams needed to be shown, not sections of code.
-Went over the schedule for the last two week of the semester. Final report is due on 7/20. Presentation is on 7/24 at 9am.
Tasks to do before next meeting:
Friday 7/3 30 minutes
-Michael- Now that the Arduino is able to receive commands from the remote server, values(count, temp, humidity) need to be able to be transferred from the Arduino to the server.
-Group- Keep working on the report.

-Went over what was accomplished over last week. Scott worked on the report and had installed the ports on the back of the box. Michael worked on establishing communication between the remote and Raspberry Pi.
-Came up with goals for the next week and beyond
Tasks to do before next meeting:
-Michael- Establish communication between the Raspberry Pi and the remote server.
-Group- Keep working on the report. Once communication is established between the Pi and the remote server, have the Arduino be able to receive commands from the remote server.

-Went over what was accomplished over last week. Scott worked on the report and had just received ports for the back of the lockbox. Michael worked on the fingerprint reader and was able to read/write fingerprint data to the remote server.
-Came up with goals for the next week and beyond

-Scott- Install ports on the lockbox
-Michael- Establish communication between the Raspberry Pi and the remote server.
-Group- Keep working on the report

-Group- Integrate the lockbox and the inventory management system with each other. Be able to send data between the two. Make more progress on the report.

-Scott- Finish new timeline. Finish the scale and temp/humidity sensor. Have them sending information to the LCD. Construct the lockbox that is going to be used.

-Scott- Coordinate with Will and get some time in the Open Lab for soldering. Get the lock operational.
-Michael- Continue working on the AWS server
-Group- Come up with a new timeline and budget compared to the proposed.
